In 2026, Kensington  will fund  $4.5M  to send 143 children to grammar school. This is a $7000+ increase per student in 4 years.

  • 75% of all property taxes will fund these expenses at a cost of $31,470  per student. 
  •  Kensington has become unaffordable while underperforming academically

New Hampshire has a problem: Our costs of education have outpaced inflation by 23% while academic achievement of our students has plummeted

Kensington School costs have increased by 30% in 4 years while enrollment has added 11 students

The largest increases in budget from the prior year driving the most significant changes ( $179,094 per year)  are  insurance coverage for the Superintendent  and family as we as teachers covering  additional family members.

Kensington is paying for more support services than they are for teachers.

Kensington average teacher salary ranks 9th in state
